Don't get me wrong, this is really top notch Indian food and we've returned many times. Unfortunately, they absolutely do not care what level of spice you request. My family routinely eats very spicy food, and are very familiar with Indian food. However, we find ourselves ordering our food mild, and some of it still arrive fiery spicy, including dishes that usually aren't! We ordered a number of dishes for carry out on Feb 16th, and repeatedly asked for mild. Nothing was mild, and some dishes were so spicy we ended up throwing them out. On one visit, we heard a gentleman at another table complaining that he had ordered his food "medium", but it was so spicy that no one at the table could eat it, and then added "and we're Indian!". Food is great but proceed with caution...you never know what you are going to get.
I placed a takeout order and when I got home I noticed that one of my order items was not in the bag. This was not a big deal but I tried calling the place a few times to ask if I could get a refund and wasn't able to get a hold of them. They called back several times and when we finally connected they apologized and offered to give me a free order of that item the next time I place an order. Great handling of customer service!
The food was delicious and service was good. The place looks nice and new. We had chicken tikka masala and lamb curry with naan, and samosas. Unfortunately one of the plates on the table was chipped, they should pay more attention to details.
Pleasant courteous service and delicious authentic cuisine. Highly recommend, great value, delicious flavors and food was nicely presented.
Swing in here for dinner with my youngest daughter and her husband. We ordered the butter chicken, vegetable pakora, chicken pakora and naan. Rice was fluffy and delicious. Each dish was absolutely spot on good sized portions too. Staff was pleasant and attentive without being intrusive. Will definitely go again
